Returns & Damage Policy
At The Paddock Patch, all portraits are custom-stitched by hand and created specifically for each customer. Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be refunded.
Damage During Shipping
We carefully package every portrait to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that your piece arrives severely damaged during shipping, we will reframe the artwork at no additional cost.
To qualify for reframing due to shipping damage:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos of the damage and original packaging must be provided
Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for the reframing process.
Handmade Disclaimer
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in stitching, texture, or colour are natural and are not considered defects.
